Since its inception, the organization has conducted several significant programs to address the needs of communities, but women and children are given top priority.
An integrated approach to build a equitable and empowered society
OUR VISION
Our vision is a society where individuals have access to all the opportunities that make their lives better.
OUR MISSION
We enable local communities to believe in their own abilities to bring about change by providing them access to basic knowledge, nutrition, and education to live a healthy successful life and strive for a better society.
The tribal communities were the original inhabitants of the dispossessed land who were forced to retire deep into the hinterlands from their holdings and try to survive the raids of invaders. Gradually, the forests were encroached upon by present-day settlers and these original communities were dislodged from their precarious hold on forest land. We work for their upliftment by providing the basic necessities of life.
We provide nutrition, health, and livelihood interventions to women who are marginalized and socially excluded. Through creative community initiatives, the program empowers women to obtain health care and effect long-lasting improvements in the community. It also helps them develop the knowledge, skills, and financial independence they need. We actively include men and boys in the process of women's empowerment as part of our efforts to establish a society that is gender-equal.
We have organized various farmers' awareness programs in different villages of Atmakuru Mandal. We educated them about organic farming. We inspired them to make vermicompost. We warn them about the dangers of excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. We encouraged them to make proper use of government incentives and extension services from the Department of Agriculture. The organization has undertaken this activity to create awareness about rainwater harvesting. In the region of drought, rainwater and tube wells are important. .
It is the small change that makes the biggest impact.
